Vinh Tan International Port achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

On Junuary 2020, Vinh Tan International Port (VTIP) is proud to announce our achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification on managerment construction system. ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard. This standard and certification was selected specifically to validate ACS’ ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our customers.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

The road to certification requires both time and dedication. Before this annoucement, Vinh Tan International Port Company showed our commitment to build our managerment construciton system, be able to qualify for ISO 9001:2015. After 5 months of significant growth, VTIP identified the need to mature corporate policies, procedures, and tools to ensure scalable and repeatable high-quality services. VTIP selected the ISO 9001:2015 certification as the backbone against which to drive continual improvement specifically for the ISO focus on quality and the global recognition of this standard.
