Despite the complicated Covid-19 situation, Vinh Tan International Port still strives to maintain dual goals: economic development and disease prevention.
On August 17th, Vinh Tan International Port, invested by Pacific Group, welcomed another ship CHIPOL GUANGAN, with nationality of Liberian, to the Port. This is the ship transporting wind power equipment for the Hoa Thang 3 project, located in Hoa Thang commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. The ship has its weight of 28,261 DWT, with 166.43 meters in total length and 27.74 meters in width.

Vinh Tan International Port’s staff have always complied with 5K regulation recommended by the Ministry of Health since the beginning of the epidemic. Customers arriving to work at the Port must declare their health status, wear a mask, and disinfect their hands. Staff always wear masks and keep distance while working. Foreign crew members are also not allowed to land without approval from the border guard, as well as passing of the quarantine process.

With its activeness, enthusiasm and favorable location right in the key economic region of the Central region, Vinh Tan International Port has been attracting attention, as well as becoming a partner of many Clean Energy projects in the region of Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan provinces and neighbour provinces.
